ftp help

hello. I need some help getting started here. I just purchesed your 'crazy domain insane' package and I'm ready to go. I have a site now with a free host and would like to start moving material from there here. I'm lame. where do I begin when everytime I hit the 'GO' button, I get a 'password required' page? I'm looking for my 'web-shell' or 'ftp' page. help :) -garry
