i can not reach to my ftp area and my site ..

is there any problem about server?
i'm wait for 6 hours. when can it be good and when can i reach to my area?

Note: dreamhost hosted my friend site and he can't use his hosting like me

ý can't enter the site From Turkey but Dutch friends can enter :S:S:S
please help :(((

try use ip instead of domain
