SSL?

I tried doing a search on this but couldn't find much info, I plan to sign up with dreamhost (I'm from Australia) and I plan to run my small business on it (well start as a small business anyway) and I'm just wondering are we able to have SSL on the level 1 plan, my knowledge isn't too great with "paid for" hosting and I'm new to SSL but I know I will need it if I want my customers to trust me, I plan to use https://www.cacert.org as my certificate provider.

Yes, all DreamHost plans include the use of a secure server, but you will need to purchase a unique IP address for your domain ($3.95 per month) and the actual secure certificate (of-course:).
