Hey all,
If i have multiple domains hosted, could i give to each domain a controlpannel and the users of that cp would be able to total manage the email accounts of that especific domain?

Yes, you can easly add new web-IDs through the panel. You can then decide specifically what sections of the panel they have access to.
Also, there's mailboxes.example.com where users can manage thier specific E-mail addresses. (not by domain though - on a per E-mail basis)
