This user is once again spamming the usenet newsgroups with
his off topic garbage. See that this spammer is immediately
removed from your network.
This garbage is totally offtopic for the newsgroup in question
and the indvidual is clearly spamming the usenet newsgroups.
The spam was sent via glorb internet services yet again. Glorb Internet Services is a known spammer run by Geoff Brozny.
The websites in question also need to be immediately removed and are extremely defamitory towards me. The individual is clearly stalking me posting my name, address, email addresses, phone numbers
including a private cell phone number (which is not to be listed anywhere), bank account information.
The individual is clearly stalking and has setup these sites in an attempt to try and harse and threaten me. And because of this individual I am recieving harassing phone calls on my home phone number, and cell phone number.
The individual is clearly invading my privacy and I demand that it immediately stop.
The indiviudal even uses a picture me on this website which he has no permission to use. I own the picture in question on this website and was taken by me using a web cam here and was stolen from my PC.
The individual in question has no permission what so ever to use this picture on this website and I demand that these websites be immediately removed.

(a) Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family, is guilty of the crime of stalking, punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment, or by imprisonment in the state prison.
(e) For the purposes of this section, "harasses" means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person that seriously alarms, annoys, torments, or terrorizes the person, and that serves no legitimate purpose. This course of conduct must be such as would cause a reasonable person to suffer substantial emotional distress, and must actually cause substantial emotional distress to the person.
(f) For purposes of this section, "course of conduct" means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose.Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of "course of conduct."
(g) For the purposes of this section, "credible threat" means a verbal or written threat, including that performed through the use of an electronic communication device, or a threat implied by a pattern of conduct or a combination of verbal, written, or electronically communicated statements and conduct made with the intent to place the person that is the target of the threat in reasonable fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her family and made with the apparent ability to carry out the threat so as to cause the person who is the target of the threat to reasonably fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her family. It is not necessary to prove that the defendant had the intent to actually carry out the threat. The present incarceration of a person making the threat shall not be a bar to prosecution under this section.
(h) For purposes of this section, the term "electronic communication device" includes, but is not limited to, telephones, cellular phones, computers, video recorders, fax machines, or pagers.
"Electronic communication" has the same meaning as the term defined in Subsection 12 of Section 2510 of Title 18 of the United States Code.
If you read Section E of law it clearly states anything that would seriously alarms, annoys or torments or terrorizes the person. Which is the
whole purpose of this website. These websites serves no legitimate purpose other then to harase and threaten me.

not limited to, any of the following:
(vi) Sending mail or electronic communications to that individual.
(e) "Stalking" means a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a
reasonable person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested and that actually causes the
victim to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested.
New amendments to the criminal stalking law, which went into effect on April 1, 2001, make it illegal for a person to post a message through
an electronic medium including the Internet or a computer, without the victim's consent, if: the person knows or has reason to know
that the message could cause 2 or more separate acts of unconsented contact with the victim, the perpetrator intends to make the victim
feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or harassed, and the conduct actually causes the victim to suffer emotional distress and to
feel terrorized, frightened, itimidated, or harassed. Violations of statute constitute felonies and can carry prison sentences of
up to 2 years or fines of up to $2,000. The new law also provides enhanced felony penalties of up to 5 years in prison or fines of
up to $10,000 if the posted message is in violation of a restraining order, injunction, condition of pretrial release, probation, or parole.

Under Michigan laws this person is in violation the whole purpose of this website is to harase me
also under the new amendment of the criminal stalking law in Michigan which makes it
illegal for a person to post a mesage though an electronic medium which this individual has done
repeatly via the usenet newsgroups.
The whole purpose of this website is to annoy and alarm me and to terrorize me. This website
serves no legit purpose and is full of nothing but slander and lies and as stated before
the individaual is posting on the website my phone numbers including a private cell phnoe number
and because if this I am recieving harassing phone calls. So this person is clearly aiding to
my distress. These website serves no other purpose other then to cause distress towards me.
The user has made threats towards me in his usenet posts
"Jamie: The harder you try and screw things over, the more sites will
appear. That's a promise."
So any time I try to have one site taken down this individual is saying
that he is going to setup another one. The individual in question is
clearly abusive and these sites need to be immediately shut down
and if your customer will not remove the offending material then
you need to use your routers and null route the sites in question.
Any continued support of this abuse is unacceptable and needs
to immediately cease!

Criminal harsement and violating the copyright laws is far from a lawful purpose.
The individual also makes statements that I am DDOSing him which is not
true at all.
I swear, under penalty of perjury consistent with United States Code Title
17, Section 512, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the allegedly infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, its
agent, or the law.
If these websites are not removed with in the next 3 business days and this harasement immediately ceases by your client then I will see that legal action is taken in this matter.
Given the nature of this letter, we would urge you not to post it to the Website. If you were to do so, we are confident that the relevant Courts (and any visitors to the Website)
would interpret such action as clear evidence of the bad faith motivating your operation of the Website.
