Problem with my browser?

I just signed up for dreamhost and had my domain transfered. I also FTPed an index.html..

Friends can see the page exactly like it should be, but for some reason I cannot. Instead I see that my domain is parked free by my previous domain registrar.

Anyone have some idea of why my system may not be refeshing the page properly? Other browsers have given me the same results as IE.

It sounds like your domain's DNS info has not fully propagated across the Internet yet. Your particular DNS servers are still returning the IP address for your old host.

Wait a little longer and things should be fine.

Edit: You might need to clear your browser cache (ie: temporary Internet files) before testing again, just in case your browser is caching an old version of the page.

Yeah give it a few days. It's the same for all the plans.
