I'm thinking of opening a Codemonster acct. Currently I am leasing a dedicated server from ev1servers.net and my usage is quite low so the page and image loading is super fast.
How is it with the Codemonster accounts... Any idea how many Codemonster clients share a server?
Any comments on your image/page loading? I have several photographic galleries so I need/want fast page loading.

Overall, I doubt you will see quite the same speed on any shared hosting as you do on your dedicated machine, but personally I have never run into a speed problem here on DreamHost.

i actually find dreamhost slow compared to my old provider fasthosts.co.uk... but i am pay 1/8th of the price so its not bad value for money..

Picking a couple of the sites above at random,
http://whois.sc/christianmontoya.com shows 13 websites on the server, and
http://whois.sc/kitkittle.com shows 26.
Hmm. I think that's per IP address, though, not per server. OTOH, The Server statistics lists "only" 257 servers, for over 200,000 hosted domains, which means nearly 1000 domains per server. That also is consistent with deploying "a new shared server every 3-5 days" and the blog chart showing about 200 new domains added per day.
The question was how many clients, though, not domains, per server.
Wow. My server seems to have about 375 user areas. If each user has a couple or few domains on average, that also gives a similar number of domains per server...
