11:17 PST - Things are fixed...
The panel is back up! For now though, the panel will be reporting ZERO disk usage for all users. Once the disk_usage database is back up in a few hours, things will be 100% back to normal.

The panel has been slow lately but seems ok now. I think they are fiddling with various panel options.

The panel was down again for me yesterday again, was only a short period though, around 5 mins at a guess.

Yes the panel was down a couple of times today for me too.

Actually, it has been down a number of times the last few days.
