wtf?!!

Are they down AGAIN? I can't get to my web panel and I have not been able to upload to my site. My domain was activated a week ago and still I can't do shinola with it. Now I can't even contact the support staff because of no web panel.

The Web panel was down for me too (it is back up now), but FTP access to my sites was still working fine.

Well now mine is back up but still cannot upload. I sent them a support request. But man, this is getting on my last nerve.

Yep, the panel has been intermittent for most of the day. One moment it works, then it will be unreachable for an hour or so.

I thought something funny was going on. The control panel was crazy slow for me and I needed to look at some stuff to give another user help on what they were doing. I assumed it might be me lol. My connection goes at a snail's pace sometimes.

I had some downtime yesterday evening. They posted that to the status page. I then had an outage during the night which they didn't mention.

Ok, the problems with the panel have been sorted out, it is back to its normal self, and we'll be keeping a close eye on it for awhile just incase.

08:16 PST - Panel problems
Our web panel is having intermittent timeouts and long delays loading. We're looking into the cause. Updates to follow.
