In the DreamHost Control Panel go to Status->Bandwidth.

Ok I finally registered an account on the forums. I went to the bandwith thing, but it says no records have been found for the dates I put in, even though I know people have been downloading stuff from me.

The dates are yyyy-mm-dd. Works for me.
Btw Dreamhost recently announced they are raising bandwidth limits regularly.
