is the credit card's transaction instant ?
and DreamHost will create my hosting after they viewed the sign up

or there is another progress to contact DreamHost that i've already paid the payment ? and you guys will verify it and create my hosting after that

The process is fairly fast over all. You'll submit your sign-up to DH, then it may be set up in a matter of an hour or so... Or flaged for verifcation. Apparently DH has had some issue with not-nice ppl signing up and trying to rip them off. If your acconut is flaged for verification it can take up to 2 business day I believe.

If you've signed up and don't have access to your stuff yet, you can allways drop support a line and ask what the stuatus of your account is.
