Hi, I received an email today saying that I'm using 720 MB of 800 MB. I'm currently moving all of my files off of my server onto my laptop to see how large the files are. I've got 4 minutes remaining on the transfer and it says I'm using only 75 MB. So I'm trying to figure out why it's saying I've use so much space, and wether or not the size shown on the site is in real time.

Are you regularly using your domain's email address? That does take up a good amount of space.

I thought I posted a reply.. I have not used the email only web/ftp. Is the storage info listed in real time?

No, the disk stats are updated once a day, so your stats will likely show what it was yesterday.
