how long do you have to wait for support?!

I've been having issues with getting a new site to be moved to a current domain and getting a different site to resolve a bad http error. I've sent several support requests and have heard nothing. Even my last request didn't get an autoresponder! How long do I have to wait until someone fixes my issues so I can start making money again!! I'm seriously considering moving all of my sites...

If the error you're seeing is bad_httpd_conf ...


Panel > Domains > Manage Domains

- Click Edit next to the troubled domain

- Scroll down and hit Change Settings!

Support generally gets back to you within 24 hours. If it's a business-critical issue, then switch over to your backup site while this gets resolved. You *do* have a backup plan, right? Bad HTTP is a minor disaster, but a major incident could leave your money-making site dead in the water for a long period of time.

Thanks! Did that many times... no luck. I DID read the wiki, and tried it all.... But they've responded to me now so hopefully it'll be resolved quickly.

Thanks Scott, Someone did finally get back to me and I hope it's resolved soon. I am working on a back up plan for this. Unfortunately, I'm used to servers that do automatic nightly back ups for you... It would would be nice to add a simple cron to back up files and DB and ftp them elsewhere. Does anyone have something like this in place they'd be willing to share?
