How to pay with paypal?

I've tryed to buy some Webspace yesterday (one domain, three years), but i couldn't choose paypal as paymethod.

I'm writting from Germany and it's the only possibility to pay for me, so how can I pay with paypal? :D

I don't know how the status is today, but I see a Paypal-option.
