Actually, rereading the poem that was your first post, Dreamhost closed your website (presumably because of either lack of payment or violation of their Terms of Service) and you didn't have a backup of your data.

I guess the lesson for those thinking about hosting here is that you should take backups of your site and data if you plan to either not pay or host content in violation of the Terms of Service. Thought really, you should always back up your data. Always.

The curious about dreamhost forum has gone from being a place to ask legitimate questions, to a place where numpties prove their idiocies.

We get it you had a bad experience, and go ahead and write a post about why DH sucks and what they didn't do right. What does posting DH sucks prove other than your lack of maturity?
