Look at what I got from you (see below).
It says that everythink is OK, when ALL my sistes are DOWN.
All my service tickets continue unresponded and unresolved. Does Dreamhost support team exist?? I'm not sure.
When I send you an email, I get autromated response saying: Your message was NOT received by support@dreamhost.com
So there's no way to email you, you have no phone, you ignore service tickets.
So Dreamhost is a death trap!
A client would sign up, spend months of hard work (and I mean hard work, I work up to 20 hours a day, 7 days a week) and then BANG - his servers go down and the only thig he can do is just run a bullet thry his head.
The only thing that seems to be working at Dreamhost is this forum. To my previous posts I got response - but just words, NOBODY TRIED TO FIX MY SITES!!!!!

You're right, this *is* absurd. You shot yourself in the head and either missed, or hit nothing critical.
Oh, by the way, your sites work for me.
