how can I tell Spam Assassin, it's missing spam

So I am pretty impressed w/ all the spam that Spam Assassin is getting, but it is also missing a lot. Most of it is obvious stuff too. There doen't seem to be a way in spam assassin or through either the imap folders or webmail to tell Spam Assassin (SA) that there is more e-mail that its not catching.

Here are the ones that seems to be getting by.
Ads about viagra and cialis (those feel like no brainers to me)
Ads in Cyrilic. I get a lot of these.
Free software adverts

Anyway to add further filters to SA?

Ultimately there isn't, which is why I installed spamassassin locally on my acct. (I only really have/use one). Last I checked, bayes was still turned off on the dreamhost supplied one. (the statistical tracking), and there were no network tests either (I may be wrong on this last one, but I don't remember any).

Ultimately, it simply will miss a bunch and there's little you can do short of tweaking the master-scoring, and then whitelisting.

Its a LOT better then the previous solution, but probably not good for somebody who wants to tweak.

I filter/move spam that makes it to my inbox to a separate spam-folder
from time2time I review it and blacklist the spamadresses that permantly keeps spamming me (and makes it through the filter)

plus I keep lowering my quarantine-setting, whitelisting email-adresses that gets tagged but is valid mail
