webmail2.dreamhost.com says filter not active

I turned on the spam filter in the web panel yesterday. This morning, the panel still shows it as being on, and I've obviously waited longer than an hour.

When I log onto webmail2.dreamhost.com (and yes, I'm using the full email address, including domain), it tells me that my spam preferences are not set and I need to enable the filter using the panel. Which it already is, of course. I get the same message when I try to go into Options | SpamAssassin Configuration.

Just for the record, my incoming mail IS being tagged with X-Spam-Status and X-Spam-Level headers, but the spam threshold is set so that nothing seems to get tagged. Here's an example of some added headers on a message from someone selling, um, "pharmaceuticals":

X-DH-Virus-Scanned: by amavisd-new-20030616-p7 (Debian) at enforcer
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=3.7 tagged_above=-999.0 required=999.0
tests=HTML_50_60, HTML_MESSAGE, MIME_HTML_NO_CHARSET, MIME_HTML_ONLY,
MIME_HTML_ONLY_MULTI, MISSING_MIMEOLE, MISSING_OUTLOOK_NAME,
RCVD_NUMERIC_HELO
X-Spam-Level: ***

So why can't I set my options?

Thanks!
Michael
