Just wondering if junk mail reports was enabled (yep, I set it in my pref), because I don't get them. Otherwise this is working great! It's filtering out exactly what it should.

Yep, not a lot of junk mail, but it's there. And I made sure report prefs were set to daily. It's not a huge issue while this test is running and I'm checking webmail. Besides, all the mail "trapped" there really is spam. But these messages don't appear in the IMAP junk mail folder, so long term it might be a lil' pain.

Well i have 2 users with junkmail report enabled.
One is receiving them, the other one is not.

both users have the same prefs (daily, 3 days, 999 4)
the user that gets them i log with it's real username
(it's also a shell user)

the user that doesn't receive them I log with its
alias (the real user is a shell user too though)
(alias is webmaster@mydomain)

Both users receive junkmail daily (especially the webmaster
mailbox which is plagued with mails containing viruses)
so they should both receive the report.

Only hint i see so far is that i registered the preferences
for webmaster as an alias.
Will try to log with the true mailbox name and reset the preferences to see if it does make a difference.

One thing I've observed is the daily report itself being tagged as spam due to its contents, and going into a spam folder rather than Inbox. It seems to take an assortment of spam of various types to accumulate a high enough score, so this may not be what's happening for you.

Hrm - yeah - we'll need to whitelist those reports.

So you are not getting reports.. I had this issue for a while but after the address(s) reorganisation it went away..

Have you alerted the Beta Support about this??

Good mornin' Oz! Verrrry early this is, here anyway. Nope, I haven't worried about contacting beta support so soon in the game. Figured it would be best to find out here first whether or not this feature is generally reliable. Funny thing is I got reports on the same addy during the first beta test. I'll probably contact support on Monday.

I have one address that's not recieving it's report either. I assume the report is supposed to be going to the address I log into the webmail with?

Is a note here sufficient for them to look into this, or do I need to submit a support request?

I'm still not, but also not complaining- after all, it's still in testing, and even without the reports it rocks! Hopefully this feature will be fully operational when all's said and done tho.
