Are there plans to make a "Mark as Spam" (or similar) button?

There is no "learning" component to the scanner as-is. Until SpamAssasin can store individual user's separate bayesian databases in some sort of fast shared storage mechanism (like MySQL), we can't do it.
Since there's nothing to teach what is and isn't spam, you can either just delete it or lower your quarantine score and be more aggressive about whitelisting.

...though right now, SA is actually using the bayes stuff, and theoretically could benefit from training; a global wordlist is probably a bad idea (and using the bayesian stuff /without/ training is definitely a bad idea), so until we get the SQL stuff worked out, I'm going to try disabling the bayes stuff entirely.
I'll post here before I do that, so people can let us know if there's a big drop in effectiveness.
Hopefully at some point, no matter what training we do, we can provide an option like this so that we can do manual fine tuning of our filters and blocklists.

I don't know about spamassassin as used in this beta test, but in general it does use spamcop to add weight to scores.
Spamcop reporting is already hooked in to webmail, so you could do that. 'I do that for emails that get through.
