One of my client needs to protect the domain nameserver from whois/dns query. What service do I need ? Is DH provide that ?

Do you mean that you don't want the domain registration info to be visible when someone does a whois lookup on the domain? If that's the case then you'll need to go to your registrar's site and see about domain privacy. DH offers it for free - just log into the panel > Domains > Registrations. Edit the whois info and click to use DH information instead of yours.
Or, do you mean that you want to use ns1.YourDomain.com instead of ns1.dh.com? If that's the case see this thread. But, be warned, your IP address is subject to change without notice, so your sites my suddenly stop working till you put the new IP address in and the change has propagated
