Hello,
The dreamhosts controlpanel seems to be a bit problematic for reselling use, so is it possible to install cpanel/plesk for each new user(customer)?

No, this is not possible.

While the DreamHost panel is perhaps not the best choice for re-selling, it can be done with users, WEBIDs and privileges etc.
