Delete log files for old subdomains

Hi guys,

Hopefully a very quick question...

I was doing some testing with subdomains, but have now deleted them. Is it ok to also now delete the relevant folders in the /logs folder?

I thought I'd double-check because I was asked by the shell whether it was ok to delete a read-only folder. I realise it's not much disk space to keep them, but I like to keep things tidy!

Thanks,
Mike

If you have no need for them then just delete them.

Many thanks!

Mike

Edit: Can't do it anyway because half the files are owned by root/root. Oh well, I guess I've got more important things to worry about! ;-)Edited by mikeh on 10/13/06 07:38 AM (server time).

Yea. There isn't any problem with just leaving them there. The ones that are owned by root don't count against your quota anyways.
