Create stat users, but no access

Hi! I created a stat user, on my control panel, but i can not access to my site stats...
Any help please!!!

When you say you "can't access", what do you mean?. Are you seeing the Apache Authenticaion popup? If so, are you just unable to authenticate? Are you redirected? We need to know more than "can't access" to be of any help at all
