Hello, just a quick question.
Are SHOUTcast servers allowed to be run under shared hosting? If so, I can't figure out how to do it right. And if not, I'll purchase a server dedicated to a radio. Thanks.

Nope, sorry :(
Two reasons:
1. No persistent processes are allowed on shared servers.
2. You need to be a privileged user to run shoutcast on port 8000 (which is standard).
