I'm wanting to change the php.ini file so I can up the size of files that can be uploaded through a script. I'm using the Wiki for DreamHost but I'm confused.
It says once you add the php-update.sh file you execute a command into Shell. How do I do that? I'm not sure where I type the commands.
Can someone please help?

You'll need to log into your server with SSH. see the wiki article called SSH 
for help on getting that setup.

I've done everything but it seems not to be working. Whenever I try to upload a file larger than 7MB it timesout. 100M that would be 100MB right?
