i typed in teamafh.com for my site and this is what i get,
I'm really new to everything and i have no idea how to add anything to the site, im trying to make a site for my clan and im so confused on how to do anything. can someone please help me?

The symptom that you describe is from not having any files in your web site folder. When you upload files for your website you need to place them inside the folder name after your domain - teamafh.com.
Does that help or are you still having problems?

i think i figured it out, but i want the phpbb forum and i try to manage it and this comes up...

This is normal, you will see this screen once you go through the phpbb installation. Using ftp or telnet, goto the phpbb forum folder and find install and contrib folders and delete them. This is so no one else can run the install program.
