Do Dreamhost backup MySQL?

I know DH backup your domain, and how to access it. But do they also backup the MySQL tables at the same time? I'd like to keep a daily backup on my system, but the automatic SSH instructions are rather weak... so I thought I'd just download the DH backups :)

DreamHost do backup your MySQL databases, but I don't think you can actually download these backups. However, you can restore your database from one of the previous backups via the panel;

Goodies -> Manage MySQL

Then click the small RESTORE button next to the relevant database. You can now select which backup you wish to restore from.
