Subdomain not working

Hello, I created a subdomain mk1.microarmor.com and it doesn't seem to be working. I created it 24 hours ago. The root domain, microarmor.com works fine. I can't even ping the subdomain. Please help me get this working. Thanks!

Try and create the subdomain again. If it creates the same subdomain, then it didn't make it through the system yesterday.

If it doesn't work, contact support.
