The statistics just give me the number of hits the directories inside my subdomain have had, but I want to know the number of hits the files inside those directories have.
How can I see them?

Are you using the default Analog stats package?
If so, you can see the number of requests for each file under the 'Request Report' (at the bottom of the page). I believe this is only available on the daily and monthly report, not the long-term report.
Of-course, you can install another stats package for your domain if you wish. I believe AWStats is quite popular.
