When going to my webmail.domain.com, I type in my emailaddress@domain.com and my password i set via the control panel and get a user not exist error. Yet when I goto the mailboxes.domain.com I can log-in fine. Same thing even when resetting password...

Contact DH tech support and see if they can check into the username issue. Maybe it become corrupted or something.

If you've only just created the mail boxes and enabled the webmail, I've seen on a few occasions that the webmail login takes longer to come into effect. Usually no more than around 10 minutes though.
