Switching providers - Media Temple to Dreamhost

I bought my domain and registered for service with Media Temple. I had heard that they were really realiable and that they had good customer service.

I then realize that they are terrible with WordPress support.

I'm currently running my blog (http://oregonstate.edu/~stolleer/blog/) off of the OSU web servers.

How do I transfer my domain and service from Media Temple over to Dreamhost?
