php.ini?

Is it possible to have my own custom php.ini file. There are a few small configuration changes I would like to have access to for development. I've looked in the knowledgebase and forums but I can't find any information on the subject. Thanks.

you can, if you complie your own PHP (basically install a copy of php in your webspace). There's instructions in the Wiki on how to do this.
