FTP not working for me

I have two domains under my account.

I took all of my files and uploaded them to my new domain which is: http://www.andrencreative.com via FTP and dropped them in the 'andrencreative.com' folder. Is this wrong?

Upon going to that URL I get "Site Temporarily Unavailable - We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact the webmaster/ tech support immediately to have them rectify this.
error id: "bad_httpd_conf"

Is there something else that needs to be done on the administrative side of the account? Something to activate this URL? I did edit the domain information designating it as a 'Fully Hosted Domain', but not sure what else to do...

Confused.

FTP is working just fine for you.

This has been popping up a lot rescently - contact support and let them know what's going on they should be able to fix it for you.

Well I've found out that the FTP was actually working right but my problem is STILL NOT FIXED after numerous attempts to contact support. I am getting really pissed off.

What's going on? perhaps someone here can help you.

I have two URL's. One is my old business name: fathomgfx.com and one is my new business name: andrencreative.com.

For my old traffic I changed my entire fathomgfx site to 'look like' my new site to help with my audience/client traffic. I have uploaded the exact same site to both URL's respective folders via FTP. My fathomgfx site is up and my andrencreative site is up, down, up, down and has been down all morning.

I keep getting the same error "bad_httpd_conf" and the same blah responses from support.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with support. You might have luck contacting support and asking them to switch you a new server - one that hopefully is more stable.

If you want the same site at both URLs, it would probably be easier for maintenance purposes (and use less disk space) to upload the site once and set up one of the domains as a mirror or redirect to the other.
