Hello, i want to install TWiki, and PHPbb.
Now: how can i log in to use unzip features etc ? as uploading files by ftp is rather slow, there is any proggy one use for this stuff , telnet etc ? any links with such info ?

If you go to your DH panel, go to Users->Manage and select your user, you can enable SSH (if it's not already enabled). Once that's activated, it might take a while, you can login (probably through the Putty program?) and use gzip to unzip files on your server.
The wiki is down at the moment though. This kbase article will provide some help.
