I created a subdomain on my site and I have no idea how to upload the files in the FTP program like I have for my main domain. I've searched everywhere and I cant seem to find anything about it and I didnt recieve an email like I did with my full domain. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

Your subdomain should have it's own folder, similar to your main domain.

Yesterday and its showing as active. When I go to the page it shows the following...

you set up the domain as parked. You need to get it active, go back into your web admin panel go to domains, manage, find that domain, select edit and make it fully hosted.
