Hello,
in a few days will open a hosting plan on Dreamhost.
I have a question:
I have 4 domains (only domains without hosting, .it and .com), which use DNS for redirect hosting Dreamhost? Is this possible?
This is run from the control panel? From this control panel can set Mbyte for each domain?

All four domains can be hosted here. You just need to update your DNS server information at the registrar.

You need to use the panel here to set up space for each domain. You can add a disk space quota if you'd like, but current plans have unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth.
