If I set up an additional user to my account (my web guy), can he log into CPanel and work on the site? Because I don't see that working.
Or does he have to have the master login info, then his own login for the few megabytes assigned to him?

The panel handles the administrative tasks for your domain. To actually work on site content, the user needs FTP. If it's for site content, he'll need your FTP username and password, or an account with appropriate group privileges.

To handle Panel controls for your domain, you can give him administrative privileges.

Or you can give him his own subdomain by creating a new user and a subdomain owned by that user.

Give him the domain user SFTP info if you've already added the domain.
Change the password after he's finished working on the site.
