Wordpress Upgrade to 2.6.1

Hello, I used dreamhosts 1click install to upgrade my wordpress to 2.6.1. after this was complete i was sent an email asking me to go to, www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php in order to update my database tables. when i click on this is asks me to download a .php file. what do i do with this?
