Hello,

I have 2 domain names. One I plan to utilize fully (website, email addresses, etc.), but the other one, I would just like to utilize for the email addresses.

Can I do that with DreamHost? Or is there someplace else I should be looking to accomplish this?

That can work. But it does appear that you have to set up some sort of web hosting, even if it's just a parked domain, which really isn't web hosting at all; just a generic Parked type of screen.
