Counting File Downloads

I have an existing Wordpress site at Dreamhost. I'd like to see a count of the number of times a particular file has been downloaded from my site. (I have some Outlook school calendars for my viewers to download and use, and I want to track the number of times these are used).
When I go to http://www.mydomain.com/stats/ , I get a very long page with many vague stats, but do specifics about files and their downloads.
