First of all I would like to thank everyone for their help for my last two postings.
How do I find the Admin box for MediaWiki?
How do I stop other users from editing at my website beside the Admins?
Also how can I create infobox in my site something like this?

Just go look at the wiki source of that page ("Edit") and note the use of the templates - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAT:INFOBOX
