No, you can't quite use your account yet. You'll get another email when your account passes the extensive fraud detection tests that keep Dreamhost in business. :)
Since it's the weekend, it'll probably take longer than you expect. You may find it dismaying, but we've heard of people having to wait a week for approval. Then again, others have been approved remarkably quickly!

Color me sarcastically surprised! It's another Google Checkout customer.
I saw the title and was willing to bet that it'd be a Google Checkout user. For some reason, those always just seem to take longer.
