Cannot find svn subversion files folder

I've created my subversion repositories through the goodies panel on to a newly hosted sub-domain (svn.domain.com), but I cannot find the svn files anywhere. They are not in ~/svn.
Where do I find these files as I want to do a svnadmin dump on them for a nightly backup.
