Anyone knows about free open source directory listing app like Yahoo ?

There are *many* such scripts around smile . You might start with http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Link_Indexing/index.html,
and see if there is anything there you like.

Also, the "one-click" Joomla! CMS software includes a "link manager" that may well meet your needs.

There are so many different programsw available to do this, you really just need to explore a little and find the one that best meets *your* needs. wink

If it's just for you, the local WebFTP (Net2FTP) does a pretty decent job.

What functions were you looking for? Heck, just omitting an index.html will give you a directory listing as long as you don't have a .htaccess entry that prohibits it.
