Trac Install // acccountmanagerplugin

Hi,
I am following the instructions for an automated Trac install on the Wiki (DreamTracInstall) but the script fails to download the accountmanagerplugin, seems that the backup site give in the script is down now, too. trac-hacks.org already was commented out as unavailable.
Googling for a copy of this plugin returned nothing much for me :-(
Anyone have a recent copy of accountmanagerplugin that you could mail? if so, please send by private message, thank you!
