How to use SVN users?

Hello, I've created a SVN repos in home di of user0.
I've also created two additional users
"Users:
format: username password
one per line"
user1, user2 in DH web panel.
According to DH Wiki, I've setup Tortoise SVN, but all commits are from user0 (it is stored in Putty's session, used by TortoiseSVN). How can I make commits from user1 and user2?
As I understand, this users were not created in home dir, how can I access them?
Thx.

I could be wrong, but I think the svn users referred to from the panel are for when you access svn over http. When you're using SVN+SSH, you use your unix login and the login has to be the one attached to the panel user that manages the repository.
