I am currently hosting a wiki on my domain and a user is requesting that French be added to the wiki. Any one have any guides or information on going about such a thing? I cannot find a definitive page on how to add a language.

Do you want to just translate a single page (use a subpage), or the entire wiki (use a subdomain)? Realize that content won't magically translate itself: You or someone else will have to do the translation!
There's no need for me to try to explain all this, though: Rob Church's explanation will do.

The whole wiki will be translated and yes I know it won't translate itself. :P The user requesting the new language will be translating.
