tool to find all links on a blog

Hi, I tried Alexa's reporting tool and I received today an email with the report. The interesting part is that it shows a lot of links that should start from my blog but I don't know where they come from. I tried to find a tool to see every link on a website but I haven't found any.
So i "grep -r" for the urls but any luck again.
and the same with the mysqldump.
Anyone has an idea?
