no, not unless you compile most of these on your own account via ssh. ffmpeg is available but has been compiled lacking lots of options so is pretty much useless

In reply to:

I have youtube clone...

Given the requirements of this script, I suspect that it does a lot of server-side conversion of media files. I would not recommend running such a script on shared hosting, as you are likely to quickly run into problems, due to system resource usage adversely affecting others on your shared server.

Hi,
If you're looking for server setup services for the following on dreamhost:
* autoconf
* LAME
* ffmpeg
* GD2
* mplayer+mencoder
* flvtool2
* libogg
* libvorbis
* PHP
* ffmpeg-php
Please get in touch with me I have setup close to 50 youtube clones (some clip-shares, a few social media, ostube, alstrasoft, vshare and a couple of custom made scripts as well) on Dreamhost shared hosts and they work great. I make sure that the shared server resources are not overshot so you do not face the dangers of getting shut down by the host.

You can read more about the requirements here: http://www.netbrix.net/archives/39
